On 23 January 2026, UCI staff welcomed delegates from the Hiroshima ASEAN Association to NUS University Town (UTown) as part of their Town and Gown project in Hiroshima. The delegation, spanning manufacturing, banking, services, media, and local assembly, engaged in lively discussions with UCI, NUSC, NUS ETP and OSA on UTown’s vision as a live-learn-discover hub, and future planning within the broader NUS campus master plan.
On 7th October, UCI staff welcomed the delegation from Amsterdam UMC to NUS, sharing insights on Campus Planning and Project Management with a focus on the development of UTown, the rejuvenation of Yusof Ishak House, and adaptive reuse and net-positive design in the SDE cluster.
