Tourist guides and tour agencies licensed by the Singapore Tourism Board can now register for group tours led by current NUS undergraduate students who will provide an insightful and informative overview of the university.
Student-led guided tours are available from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 9am and 5pm during peak travel season and are contingent upon the availability of the student guides.
The tours will operate from 13 January 2025 to 21 February 2025, with each session lasting approximately 60 minutes and conducted primarily in English.
Each tour group accommodates between 20 to 40 visitors and follows a structured itinerary involving extensive walking. For this reason, the tours are best suited for visitors aged 13 years and above. We recommend wearing comfortable footwear to ensure an enjoyable experience.
Registration opens two weeks in advance and remains open until three working days prior to each tour date and time. To promote fairness and provide opportunities for others to participate, bookings are limited to a maximum of two slots per week per registrant.
Licensed travel agents and tourist guides under the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) can browse and book available slots through our booking system below. The tours, which are complimentary, will be led by our Student Ambassadors.
For non-STB licensed groups or Free Independent Travelers (FITs), our Registered Student Docents offer paid tours that can be coordinated directly. Additional details about their services will be provided in due course.
Booking of NUS student-led guided tours is only applicable to travel agents or tourist guides licensed by Singapore Tourism Board (STB). The booking link will be made available on 30 December 2024.
