Tourist guides and tour agencies licensed by the Singapore Tourism Board can now register for group tours led by current NUS undergraduate students who will provide an insightful and informative overview of the university.
Student-led guided tours are available from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 9am and 5pm during peak travel season and are contingent upon the availability of the student guides.
The tours will operate from 13 January 2025 to 21 February 2025, with each session lasting approximately 60 minutes and conducted primarily in English.
Each tour group accommodates up to 40 visitors, with a minimum of 20 visitors required for STB-licensed groups. The tours follow a structured itinerary involving extensive walking, making them best suited for visitors aged 13 years and above. We recommend wearing comfortable footwear to ensure an enjoyable experience.
Registration opens two weeks in advance and remains open until three working days prior to each tour date and time. To promote fairness and provide opportunities for others to participate, bookings are limited to a maximum of two slots per week per registrant.
Licensed travel agents and tourist guides under the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) can browse and book available slots through our booking system below. The tours, which are complimentary, will be led by our Student Ambassadors. One licensed tour guide is required to attend each tour and serve as the chaperone for the group.
For groups not handled by STB-licensed travel agents and tourist guides or Free Independent Travellers (FITs), our Registered Student Docents offer paid tours that can be coordinated directly. You may access our list of registered Student Docents here.

Booking of NUS student-led guided tours is only applicable to travel agents or tourist guides licensed by Singapore Tourism Board (STB).
