NUS acknowledges space as a valuable asset of the University. In our dynamic environment, space planning and management play an important role in NUS as a catalyst for the cost of many operations within the University.
In order to achieve careful planning and management of space , NUS uses ARCHIBUS space management system to keep track and manage our spaces across 3 campuses.
Archibus have assisted in generating space data to make informed strategic decisions that optimize return-on-investments, lower assets lifecycle cost and increase enterprise-wide productivity and profitability.
Throughout the years, it had provided us valuable information that aid the senior management in identifying critical space issues in relation to strategic planning and benefitted the university for better space use.
