Responsible for the daily management of administrative, financial, service orders and information systems for the facility operations. It acts as the interface with internal and external customers to establish and maintain effective working relationships and a positive rapport with the NUS community.

Manages Service Request Forms (SRFs) and monitors the status of service requests and work orders

Ventus Unit
Manages the planning, operation, and maintenance of shared facilities, equipment, etc. for the Ventus occupants

In charge of utility monitoring for individual building and billing for users on three campuses
Plan and execute electricity purchase for three campuses
