Campus Asset Management (CAM) strives to be the center of excellence in project and asset management, delivering quality and efficient services to the NUS community. Through integration of the resources and experiences of OED and OFM, CAM would be able to streamline processes to deliver seamless and more consistent service to end users.
CAM comprises of Project Management, Asset Enhancement (FM), Development Control, Admin & Contracts and Building Technology. The teams work as one to manage new development and renovation projects from inception through feasibility studies, funding approval, design development, procurement of consultant and contractor services, construction project management, handing over of completed projects to end users including management of the project Defects Liability Period (DLP) to the continual maintenance and asset renewal throughout the operational life span of the premises.
