All available outlets are released by tender or ITQs (Invitation to Quote) through the SESAMi procurement portal. Interested applications can register for a Supplier account on SESAMI (click here) to be notified and download the tender/ITQ documents whenever there are openings.
Tenders are generally open for 2-3 weeks, late submission will not be entertained. Shortlisted tenderers will be invited to attend an interview conducted by the Tender Evaluation Committee and they will be evaluated based on food quality, variety, pricing, relevant experience and etc. The whole process from tender opening to the final award of the unit takes about 3 months.
