Full Speed Ahead with Data Driven Insights

Based on insights from the NUS Students’ Union (NUSSU) Exam Welfare Pack Survey conducted in November 2025, more than 90% of respondents expressed satisfaction with the Internal Shuttle Bus services. The results were encouraging, with all categories in timeliness, connectivity and information clarity scoring above 90%. These positive outcomes highlight the Mobility Services (MS) team’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the everyday campus experience for the NUS community. The survey insights also motivate the MS team to continue improving their services to create an even better campus for everyone.
