The Mobility Services (MS) team at NUS Campus Services is dedicated to enhancing the Internal Shuttle Bus (ISB) experience, which has resulted in a 5% increase from previous years. This progress is driven by data analysis of timetables, demographic trends, and real-time passenger data to optimise schedules and routes. Community feedback has led to improvements such as better real-time updates, increased capacity during peak times, and route adjustments based on occupancy. These initiatives rely on strong partnerships and a cooperative commuting culture to continue enhancing the travel experience for all. A big thank you to the MS team for their dedication!
