NUS Campus Tours

Important Notice

From 11 August 2025 to 5 September 2025, visitors who wish to tour the campus must have a booking with either a NUS Student Ambassador or Registered Student Docent.

1. Blackout Dates:

(a) Please note the following blackout dates for campus tours due to events involving high student participation and increased traffic.

8 March 2025 (Sat)

12 July 2025 (Sat)

1, 6, 8, 13, 14, 15, and 27 August 2025

 

(b) The NUS Kent Ridge Campus (excluding museums) and NUS University Town (UTown) will be strictly closed to tourists on the above dates.

(c) All student-led guided tours will not be available on the above dates.

2. Tours led by Registered Student Docents:

  • Guided tours led by Registered Student Docents for the summer season will begin on 1 July 2025. A list of Registered Student Docents, along with their contact details and languages offered, can be accessed here to facilitate the booking of paid tour experiences.

 

  • Registered Student Docents will be issued lanyards with a QR code on them. We encourage visitors to scan and check their authorisation status before proceeding with the tour.

 

3. Tours led by NUS Student Ambassadors:

a. Guided tours led by NUS Student Ambassadors will be available from 11 August to 5 September 2025. Only travel agents and tourist guides licenced by the Singapore Tourism Board will be allowed to book tours with NUS Student Ambassadors. More information on booking will be released in mid-July.

b. Kindly note that a non-refundable payment of S$30 per slot is required to confirm your booking, to discourage practices such as last-minute cancellations.”

Visiting Guidelines

Please avoid interfering with ongoing student activities and refrain from taking photos or videos of students without their permission.

Be mindful of oncoming traffic. Do not obstruct driveways, roads, or pedestrian crossings, and refrain from standing or posing in these areas for photo taking.
