Introduction

A comprehensive campus infrastructure support is required as the University embark on a greater spectrum of learning and discovery experience. It is therefore essential for Physical Resource Management (PRM) to advocate the integration of resources and energy management for a sustainable development in the University.

PRM aims in maximizing its impact by carefully stewarding and enhancing the resources entrusted to the University. It promotes a lean management style with green work ethics by:

  • Developing a connected and sustainable green campus to attract and retain the best talents to experience transformative learning and working environment in NUS.
  • Encouraging strategic planning and management of space and capital projects including improving the space utilization rate of teaching, research and support facilities in the University.
  • Promoting strategic management of physical resources including energy and utilities.
