Once you submit your request, you will be contacted by an Event Coordinator within three business days. Please note that your request for rooms will not be confirmed until an Event Coordinator contacts you with an Event Confirmation.
Priority scheduling is given to students living on campus, University recognized student organizations and University departments. Preference is also given to groups, which further the University’s community service mission, enhancing educational opportunities in Singapore. As semester periods see high occupancy in our residences, our event coordinators can provide you with the off peak periods that are suitable for conference bookings.
Suggested Guidelines to Planning
- Select the dates(s) and venue for your meeting/event.
- Please make sure to have an alternate date and venue selected.
- Have all information at hand. i.e. no of participants, gender of participants, period of stay, event name and purpose etc
