The Office of Housing Services (OHS) was set up on 17 August 2007 to have overview of planning, strategizing and management of faculty, student as well as guests and conference estates in support of the NUS mission.
The department’s diversified estate portfolio primarily includes student and faculty accommodations, offices, food outlets, serviced residences and guest apartments.

Kent Vale Residences
With about 800 apartments for Faculty Housing and Visitors, Kent Vale has both standard and serviced apartments ranging from 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom apartments.
Prince George’s Park Residences
A 3000 strong Student Housing situated on the eastern end of the Kent Ridge Campus housing single and married students, with close proximity to Science Park and Kent Ridge MRT Station.
Housing up to 1700 residents, with units for single and married students, UTown Residence supports the university?s growing graduate community.
Consisting of 4 colleges that exact the optimal benefits of residential living and learning; College of Alice and Peter Tan, Cinnamon (University Scholars Programme), Tembusu Residential College and Residential College 4.
Ridge View Residential College
Ridge View Residential College, with a capacity of about 600 rooms, sits on a prime location along Lower Kent Ridge Road, adjacent to the Sports and Recreation Centre, Yusof Ishak House (Students Activities hub area) and the University Hall.
